FCC Capital Area Picnic
Hosted in Rock Creek Parkway
Who: FCC members, FCC Families, and friends of FCC Capital Area
When: Sunday, October 9th from 3:30 PM- 6:00 PM
Where: Picnic Grove #24, Washington, DC 20011 (Rock Creek Parkway)
What: Please bring a picnic basket lunch, picnic table cloth, blanket, and folding chairs. Please bring enough food and drink for your family and any guests you may bring with you. Capacity for this event will be 75 people. There are picnic tables but not necessarily enough for 75 people to sit at one time so some attendees and families may have to eat on their picnic blankets.
Please also plan to bring a dessert to share with others.
FCC will provide paper plates, napkins, cups, plastic utensils, and a table to hold the desserts.
We will have name tags available for everyone.
This is a rain or shine event. In case of rain, we will shelter under the pavilion provided at the site.
Activities:
Food, catching up with one another, Frisbee, soccer balls, board games, etc.
Signup:
Space is limited to 75 participants. Please make sure you and all of your family members RSVP by registering for this event. You will be able to add additional family members/ friends to your registration as a "guest" when registering.
The US Park Service limits the number of individuals who can be at the picnic site at one time, so we must close registration for this event after 75 participants have signed up.
