We will feature an incredible crab-tasting experience at Chinatown’s premier seafood restaurant, Oriental Garden. The menu will include several seafood appetizers and entrees, highlighted by steamed Blue Crab with Shanghai-style ginger vinegar sauce and the ultimate experience of tasting a fresh Alaska King Crab that is live before cooking. Your expert hosts will guide you through the dining experience with culinary insights on the great regional cooking of China. If you have only tasted king crab pre-cooked or frozen then you must come and experience the sweet meat of a fresh king crab!
