Did you know that there are over 160+ notable types of dumplings around the world? These yummy pieces of dough wrapped around unique cultural fillings make anyone abundantly happy. Join us as we learn to create jiǎozi (饺子), or Chinese dumplings (both meat & veggie options available) with Chef Hope Johnson.
Following the dumpling making workshop, attendees are invited to share a Chinese themed dinner with the dumplings we made as appetizers.
