• Free for adoptee members; $10 for adoptee non-members. 

WHO:

• This event is for adoptees age 18+ and open to both members and non-members! The event will not be recorded.

About the Event: 

CAA is hosting a virtual two-hour adoptee-only panel and Q&A on “Navigating Relationships with Family”!

Who and what is family? How does our relationship to family change as we grow up and move through life? As our identities shift? And how are we finding our place in the world? Come join us, as we learn from each other, and talk about the unique challenges we often face as we navigate relationships with family.

This panel is comprised of five Chinese adoptees, and will be facilitated by Astrid Castro, a Colombian adoptee and founder and CEO of Adoption Mosaic. Please take a look at their bios! Since this topic is relatable to many transracial and intercountry adoptees, we expect a large turnout, and we hope to see you there!
