China Institute is pleased to introduce Gourmet Cuisine Circle, a new type of event designed to welcome new members and explore the art and culture of Chinese cuisine. This will be an exclusive opportunity to experience an insider’s appreciation of authentic Chinese cuisine. Over the course of China’s extensive history, eight distinct regional cuisines have emerged and remained a significant part of Chinese civilization. Our first dinner will feature Shanghainese cuisine.
